Los Mismos was considered the most popular group of those years. Their preparation, professionalism and showiness on stage helped them to establish themselves in success for 18 years, being one of the most important realities of our musical scene. They took their first steps in music under the name 'Los Jollys', with which they recorded their first titles with the Columbia record company. They would later obtain their maximum popularity with the Belter label, with which they would produce an extensive discography. In addition to 'El puente' the group has among its best known songs 'El hombre del tiempo', 'El domingo en mi pueblo', 'I'm going to paint the walls with your name', 'Don Juan', 'A thousand loves', 'Catalina', 'Put a tape on the old oak tree', 'I did it for Maria' or 'San Bernardino'. Its singer Helena Bianco was born in Valladolid into a large family. She inherits the voice and the art of her father who has formed her in different musical styles since she was a child. She was born an artist and singer, that is why from the age of 8 she began to develop her art in children's festivals that were held in local stations and in some theaters of the city, being the winner from such an early age practically everyone who was presented. She begins her musical training at the Valladolid conservatory. At a very young age, she began her musical career with the group LOS JOLLYS, which was what it was called at the beginning of her, when they were proclaimed winners of the Valladolid song festival. She continued as THE SAME from 1968 to 1980, with hits like EL PUENTE, GUARDA TUS KISSES PATRA MI, EL ROBLE ... among many others, where she decides to start her solo career. Her first record work with the stage name JARA is produced by Augusto Algueró. At the beginning of the eighties, Guillermo Antón (actor and singer) joined Helena's musical career, developing together such important projects as the Pop-Rock group BIANCO of which she was a solo voice along with Guillermo Antón, Mika Selander, Jocke Salinder and the collaboration of his brother Alberto Vázquez. She recalls her successes with the production: A WHOLE DCADA WITH THEMSELVES With Tomás Bohorquez they shape a large-scale project, in which he is a composer, director and music producer, and Helena Bianco, composer of part of the songs included in this contemporary music concert for chamber quintet, EL MAR , LA MAR, which would be discographically called "SUE OS DE MARINERO" published by RTVE Música, with poems by Rafael Alberti on its 90th anniversary. In 1994, she represented Spain at the North Korean Spring Festival, more specifically in Pyongyang, along with singers from 43 countries around the world, performing songs from the EL MAR, LA MAR concert. She creates and stars, acting alongside Andrés Caparrós, in the musical show "POR TODA UNA VIDA" a love story sung and based on the main boleros. THE SAME reappeared again in 1996 by popular request. Among the latest works by Helena Bianco is her participation in the program "VIVO CANTANDO", which was broadcast by TELECINCO in the summer of 2003 where Helena Bianco began to gain recognition as a solo singer. During the years 2007, 2008 and 2009, Helena Bianco participated in several musical programs on different television networks, such as CASTILLA LA MANCHA SEARCH A STAR, MADRID SUPERSTAR Telemadrid, among others, as a member of the jury alternating with her intervention as a guest singer in several from them. During those same periods, he carried out 2 major projects: A tour as HELENA BIANCO Y LOS MISMOS, together with Santi Carulla from Los Mustang and Los Sirex, called: '' THE BEST AOS '' and another for the main theaters in the country, called MEMORABLES 60-70. Since January 2009 she is presenting her new album in different theaters throughout the Peninsula. Currently, Helena Bianco performs various television performances and collaborations in the program QUE TIEMPO TAN FELIZ on Telecinco and is a presenter on the program TAPEANDO POR CASTILLA Y LEen la 7 of CyL TV (Castilla y León TV). She also combines her concert, MY 50 YEARS WITH THE MUSIC with the recently released "TRIBUTE TO MARI TRINI" I'M THINKING OF YOU.
